• Visitors cannot upload content, or edit or remove existing material.
• What gets published and how it is grouped is decided exclusively by the management.
• The management may remove or update any content without prior notice.

3Server Infrastructure & Legal Location

The platform servers are hosted on independent infrastructure located outside U.S. and E.U. jurisdiction.

• The site falls outside the scope of DMCA safe-harbor provisions.
• Takedown requests or court orders from foreign authorities are handled under the laws of the country where the server resides.
• Domain redirection and various technical measures are kept active against access restrictions.

4Data Use & Privacy

The platform processes user data according to the following principles:

• Anonymous statistics: Interaction and view data are evaluated anonymously, solely to improve the recommendation system.
• Identity data: The site collects no information aimed at determining users' real identities.
• Log policy: Access logs are not kept permanently and are cleared at regular intervals.
• Sharing: User information is under no circumstances transferred or sold to outside parties.

5VIP Membership

• Privileges: VIP members gain access to the premium archive, higher speed and priority support.
• Pricing: The VIP fee is valid for the access period; no refunds are issued.
• Renewal: When the period ends, renewal is carried out by the user themselves.
• Termination: The management may close any VIP account without stating a reason.

6User Responsibilities

Everyone who uses the platform agrees to the following:

• Acting in accordance with the laws of one's own country is the user's own responsibility.
• Reproducing, redistributing or commercially using the content is prohibited.
• Attacks intended to harm the site (DDoS, brute force, etc.) result in permanent loss of access if detected.
• The user declares that they are at least 18 years old.

7Limitation of Liability & Notice

• The platform gives no guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality or completeness of its content.
• The management cannot be held responsible for damages arising from users' interaction with the content.
• The site is not a legal entity subject to U.S. or E.U. jurisdiction and is not bound by regulations such as GDPR, CCPA or DMCA.
• Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or unforeseen circumstances.
