Content Policy & Removal Procedure
This page explains the content-management policy of the 7VIPREMIUM platform, the legal framework of its hosting infrastructure, and how content-removal requests are handled.
Effective Date: 06.07.20261Platform Structure & Content Management
The 7VIPREMIUM platform ("Platform") hosts no user-sourced content. All material on the site is uploaded solely by the management (admin) and the automated systems it runs on dedicated servers.
Accordingly, the Platform is not a user-generated-content structure. The selection, uploading and management of content lie entirely under the management's control and discretion.
2Hosting Infrastructure & Legal Framework
7VIPREMIUM is kept on independent hosting infrastructure operating outside U.S. jurisdiction. Our hosting provider is registered in a jurisdiction that is not obliged to apply the "notice and takedown" procedures under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).
This means the Platform has no legal obligation to respond to any DMCA notice or to remove content on the basis of such a notice.
- Hosting location: The servers are located in a country not subject to U.S. jurisdiction.
- Legal status: The hosting provider reserves the right not to process DMCA notices.
3Absolute Red Lines
Independently of our hosting policy, content in the following categories is never hosted on the platform under any circumstances:
- Content involving minors: Any sexual content that includes, depicts or alludes to individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited. A zero-tolerance approach applies; when detected, it is reported to the competent authorities without delay.
- Coerced or violent material: Any material involving coercion, violence or torture directed at individuals is removed immediately.
4Content Removal Request Policy
Although the Platform has no legal removal obligation under the DMCA, requests may be considered in good faith in the following cases:
- The request falls into one of the strictly prohibited categories listed in Section 3.
- The applicant proves, with concrete evidence, that they personally appear in the content.
- It is documented that the content was shared without consent.
5Disclaimer
7VIPREMIUM does not act as a "service provider" under the U.S. DMCA or the equivalent copyright laws of any other country. The Platform:
- Is not an entity subject to U.S. or E.U. jurisdiction.
- Does not rely on DMCA "safe harbor" protection, because it has no need for such protection.
- Content is uploaded by the management, not by users; content decisions rest entirely with the management.
- Any obligation to recognise a court order is evaluated only within the laws of the country where the hosting server resides.
